Who this covers

Public site visitors (homepage, careers, contact, demo requests).

Workspace users (owners and staff who sign in to a tenant).

People whose records a customer stores in their workspace (for example patients, students, or buyers). Those records are controlled by the customer organization, not published on sugamflow.com.

What we collect on the public site

Demo and career forms ask for contact details you choose to send (typically name, phone, business name, industry, and optional email). Today those requests are sent by email to career@sugamflow.com. We do not sell that information.

What customers store in the product

A workspace may hold billing, inventory, GST, clinic, laboratory, pharmacy, or school records that the customer enters. That data is scoped to the tenant. Authenticated screens and private APIs are not intended for search engines.
