SugamFlow AI features are assistive. They draft or suggest. They do not silently change stock, invoices, or clinical records, and they are not a claim that every tenant has unlimited AI credits.
AI Product Capture drafts catalog fields from a photo or barcode. Purchase-order OCR drafts GRN/PO lines from a supplier document. Some owner dashboards load medical or electronics insights. Some IPD screens can offer an AI draft that must be reviewed before save.
If the AI service is down, inventory is left unchanged. Clinical AI drafts are not a diagnosis. Availability follows plan flags and server configuration.
