What is SugamFlow?

SugamFlow is a SaaS platform for Indian businesses to manage operations, billing, inventory, payments, customers, suppliers and reporting in a multi-tenant cloud workspace.

Who can use SugamFlow?

Owners and staff of shops, pharmacies, pathology labs, clinics/polyclinics, wholesale depots, and schools, after a tenant and login are created. Patients and students are not given a public account directory on this website.

What businesses does SugamFlow support?

Configured types include retail-style shops, medical/pharmacy, pathology lab, polyclinic, hospital (IPD where enabled), wholesale, auto-parts, and school. Grocery and electronics typically use the retail/shop configuration. Dedicated restaurant table/KOT software is Coming Soon.

Is SugamFlow a medical shop management software?

Yes. Medical shop tenants use catalog, batch stock, purchase, GST billing, expiry-oriented stock, suppliers, customers, and collections.

Does SugamFlow support pharmacy inventory?

Yes. Pharmacy and medical shop tenants use product/stock with batches and expiry-oriented views, plus an in-clinic dispense queue when clinic pharmacy is enabled.

Does SugamFlow support pathology labs?

Yes. Pathology tenants have booking, accession, worklists, report templates, and a private OTP patient portal. Lab results are not listed on the public website.

Does SugamFlow support doctor OPD?

Yes. Reception encounters, doctor queue, consultation, and e-prescription exist for clinic tenants. It is not a public doctor marketplace.

Does SugamFlow support polyclinics?

Yes. Polyclinic tenants can combine reception, OPD, in-house pharmacy, and lab. Hospital tenants can add IPD/ER.

Does SugamFlow support retail businesses?

Yes. Retail tenants use GST billing, catalog, stock, purchase, and party dues.

Does SugamFlow support GST billing?

Yes. Invoices use the collected selling price and GST configuration of the tenant. e-Invoice push requires a configured GSP.

Does SugamFlow support cash and online payments?

Yes. Staff can record cash and online collection, including partial dues.

Does SugamFlow support split payments?

Yes, on supported bills (including some IPD bills) staff enter cash and online amounts together.

Does SugamFlow support WhatsApp invoices?

Invoices and some documents can be shared through the existing WhatsApp-oriented print/share action (typically a wa.me hand-off). That is not a claim that every tenant has a WhatsApp Business API.

Does SugamFlow support multiple branches?

Yes. The identity model supports multiple outlets/shops under a tenant, with role-based staff.

Does SugamFlow provide business reports?

Yes, after sign-in: owner dashboards, sales, stock, GST-oriented, and healthcare operational reports. They are not public.

Does SugamFlow provide AI features?

Where enabled: product capture, PO OCR, and some dashboard or draft helpers. Humans review before records change.

Does SugamFlow provide school management software?

Yes. School ERP is a platform vertical for campus administration. It is not the same screen as a medical shop.
