Promoters and salesmen

FIELD FORCE
Promoters and salesmen keep business leads, log visits and follow-ups, check in, and convert a qualified lead into a real shop. Location is recorded only when the signed-in user submits it. There is no background tracking and no geofence.

A business lead stores the outlet name, owner, mobile, city, and remarks. Duplicate checks can use mobile, GSTIN, name, and a supplied map point. Creating a lead does not open a login.
Activities are visit, call, demo, follow-up, KYC collection, installation, payment collection, or other. Each can keep notes, a next follow-up date, and a photo URL.
A beat has a name, state, city, and area description, and can be assigned. The product does not calculate an optimised driving route.
Check-in, check-out, a lead, an activity, and a GPS log can store latitude and longitude that the user sends. SugamFlow does not track a phone in the background and does not draw a geofence.
A completed conversion can register an actual shop. Commission plans and entries stay on the field-force desk. Offline sync is not part of this service.

No. A lead stays a lead until someone completes conversion. That step can register a real shop. It does not invent a public client listing.
No. Beats are named areas with a state, city, and description. The service does not optimise a driving route and does not sync an offline queue.
