The vehicle being serviced
Make, model, variant, year, fuel type and engine type, plus registration number and VIN, linked to a customer. This is not a stock list of cars for sale, and it does not store a vehicle photo gallery.
AUTOMOBILE
Spare-parts shops, workshops, service centres, dealers, tyre shops and multi-brand counters record the vehicle being serviced, sell parts, and run job cards. A showroom stock of vehicles for sale, test drives, trade-ins and fleet trips are not shipped.

Parts use the product catalog: part number, category and selling price, with a parts finder and counter billing. There is no manufacturer catalog feed.
A job card keeps the registration, make, model, variant and year. Completing it consumes the spare-part lines. Technician assignment and booked service slots are not separate records.
Warranty claims and core returns live on the automobile desk. There is no OEM warranty connection.
Leads, tasks and a timeline are the separate CRM desk. A won lead does not create a GST invoice, a test drive, or a trade-in.
New and used vehicle inventory for sale, test-drive booking, trade-in, driver assignment, trips, mileage and insurance-expiry reminders are not in the product.
How it flows
No. The vehicle record is the car or two-wheeler being serviced: make, model, variant, year, registration and VIN. SugamFlow does not keep a stock of vehicles for sale.
Yes. Completing a workshop job card consumes the spare-part lines on that card. Those parts are the same catalog used at the counter.
No. Those records are not in the product. CRM can hold a follow-up, and billing can raise a GST invoice, but neither creates a test drive or a fleet trip.
